Sounds like alot of fun... too bad it might be a consumable if used.

It looks like unlimited charges, and if you can target a person so you have to click the ground underneath them

These are from the zombieland event and I wouldn't be surprised if it was unintended for them to be spawning on the main land. I have a throwable stool, plate, fork, knife, and spoon currently. Go kill some daemons and you can all have one. Unless they get deleted..

they also despwan after some time not a first ive had many a few days ago along with cache chests throwable plates spoons etc

*edit* yeah just read an above post, i collected a bunch of these last night and they all despawned :(
