Don't date co-workers if you value your job in the least!
What do u do and what part of Washington my company is hiring
There is absolutely no reason any other potential employer should know about the circumstances of you being let go from your previous job. The only thing they are legally allowed to share is just to verify that you were employed there at the time you claimed in your resume.
In Washington state, sexual harassment can't be claimed until the aggressor has been told the attention is unwanted. This means if you were let go for sexual harassment, you had to have known it was not wanted attention already. In Washington we have fair employment laws. If you were in fact let go for what they say was sexual harassment, but not in fact knowledge on your part, go get unemployment.
Thanks for the house spot tho.

Due to life, I have to stop playing UO so I can go live homeless because I got fired for asking a coworker out and technically, because it's a catch all category, I was fired for sexual harassment and because Washington State has at will employment, I can't do shit about it..
And to top it off, now people won't hire me because I'm a "risk"..... and I'm badly in debt, my truck is getting repossessed In a few days (Monday), I'll be losing my apartment soon after that because I cant pay rent.. So I am going to be homeless .
Glad to see you getting back on your feet. Also, welcome back.1 Year Update:
I have been back for a little bit, off and on though and noticed that my post was a year ago today. So I thought of giving you guys an update. I live in a different state now above Texas, I have a low paying job as a fast food cook and now have my own apartment. I have a car now because my truck still got repossessed and I'm further in debt than I was. Not that bad thought, it wasn't what I had, but it's good enough..
I still want to pursue my business idea that would employ and house homeless people once I can save enough money to start it...
