doesn't scribe give you better reactive armor and protection which work against melee?

edit: never mind this was addresses.... keeping up with this thread is reallly resulting in some lost work productivity

could you throw purple pots while wielding a 2 hand weapon during that time frame on OSI? I honestly don't remember. for sure... but it seems pretty fucking unlikely that you could throw pots while running around with a spear or warhammer back in the day as I don't remember that at all

I think that is an UOF specific feature.

ok what if we ignored this whole alchy vs parry thing, and just said to fix purple pots do this

1) can only throw explo pots with 1 hand weapon, no warhammer wielding machine gunning, imagine.. people might actually use other weapons besides warhammers for macing!

2) make expo pots do splash damage for everyone

Are you ready for me to teach you how to PvP yet? I know you were that Thorbin guy or whatever in TB Faction using Order shield the other day.... talking shit about my 'leet script hax macros' and shit instead of actually fighting me... so if you're ready, I'll teach you how to pvp without using ANY 'scripts' like manually throwing pots with last target key, etc., what type of hotkeys you should have for a dexer, etc.

This offer goes for @Winstonian and @shirtandpantsman

also you didn't respond to either of my points

you guys act like you're so skilled for using these purple pots... except this is actually EASY mode. on OSI you couldn't throw pots while wielding a 2 hand weapon, and pots did splash damage

what is your argument in favor of this easy-moding that UOF has created for you?

You couldn't use any potions with both hands full... but who cares? This isn't OSI, it's hands over dicks better.

Pots aren't the problem here, neither is throwing them with 2h weapons.

seems like there's an issue since this has been brought up before and currently.. and the "real pvpers" are in a panic about any possible change, I thought everyone was supposed to be adapting or gtfo'ing?

are you saying you couldn't adapt to not being able to use 2 hand wep while throwing pots? and pots doing splash damage? soounds pretty noobly

lol maybe it was me and you're bad at remembering names? I don't blame you since I don't remember you at all

I do use an order shield and I get owned by tons of people and ***** about purple pots clearly, but you're not special unfortunately :(

the order shield gets lots of attention in pvp... people think I actually have parry for some reason (you get 30 AR from an order shield with 0 parry fyi)...... and then cry "omg parry poisoner omg run more omg omg"

I am saying that you have no clue. In 2013 it used to be no pot throwing with 2h weapons, then it was changed for the better. Prior to that dexxors were complete shit in most pvp.

Splash damage in its current form could be slightly tweaked, but again, not how you are envisioning it with it hitting everyone every time. UOF fuckin pioneered having no splash damage in town to innocents and it worked wonders - UOGH copied that shit once they saw how good it worked out.

did you ever play IPY? PVP was awesome there and I don't recall them catering to this weird purple pot crowd
