I saw some on a vendor for 150k, reminds me of the great Great Lakes dye bug... so I went to Taco Bell, late 97 early 98, and I come back to see in UO that all of the lamp posts are dyed different colors, red, green, purple, blue etc, and I see this pink guy walking around, pink skin! And I see this guy at the bank with a blood red viking sword, this was pre-colored ores, pre-colored armors excepting NPC colors which were very bland, and I ask the pink guy, 'hey how did you get pink?', and he tells me about the bug I *just* missed, it lasted about 30 minutes, for 30 minutes regular dye tubs could dye *ANYTHING* in the game, from skin to armor, weps, lamp posts, you name it, it took the GMs a few weeks to re-dye/replace the lamp posts and doors and things that were dyed incorrectly. The pink guy said he paged a GM to get his normal color back but if I were him I would've kept it, it was unique. I noticed months later there was always 1 lamp post the GMs missed.

Yeah I remember Taco Bell -- Man, in '97, they actually had real pita bread instead of that half cardboard shit they use now adays. Those were the days. -- Remember the Chihuahua that came around in Sept 97? Definitely goes hand in hand with the launch of UO in my mind.

Nope I can't, reminds me of the time I was playing Diablo 1, waiting for the UO beta to come out, the first week of Diablo 1 there were no cheats, these 2 dudes in the battle net chat challenged me and 2v1 I took them both out and got their ears, it was a great day. The end.

This reminds me of the time that @Bromista and I had a conversation with someone who couldn't stop talking about being the original OG in ALL video games. That guy was weird.
