The (existing) House Buying Process...

Hey There,

I am about to purchase a house (hooray!), but I would like to understand the process first. If I understand correctly, the transaction has to take place under the house sign. So that means I show up with a bank check? Does the seller put a deed or something in the trade window? And someone could just gank me and take the check? :)

Bring the check with you, they are blessed if kept in you main backpack.

Stand within 2 tiles of the house sign with no one on/in the house.
They will begin the trade and a blue hued deed will appear in your trade window.
