That is too far away; target too far away

Whenever I cast I cannot hold a spell for a decent amount of time.

I keep getting "that is out of range" message when I try to target something or even myself.

This happens with bandages too. It seems to be random because sometimes I cast okay but other times it ruins my flow of casting. It's really causing a huge issue with pvp.

I think it's razor related.

Looks like something else other than the one you want to target is one the queue.

I think it was a side effect of smart target. I disabled and I don't experience the issue anymore.

It would occur with a cleared queue.
