Temporary Slayer Spellbooks for Mage meta Tailsman

I think we should have craftable slayer properties to spell books for the meta mage talismans.. dexers have every slayer type for less than 1000gp. There shouldn't be only a small handful of 10m+ slayer spell books that only super elite players have.. its already the hardest meta talisman to level... there should be some kind of temporary charges, crafters can apply to regular spell books.

I'd suggest some sort of way to make a specific training method. You are going around killing things anyways. Have a sliding scale of training on what mobs you fight the most. Have some sort of way to award a bonus to your training vs creature type. I have strange suggestions...
