Lets say i have a mage with swords,
mage/med/eval/resist/swords/tactics/wrestling

Is wrestling needed with swordsmanship to prevent spell interrupt? am i wasting a skill slot using wrestling?

you dont have to use wrestling , its not a "tier1" templates (better alchy mage, or alchydexxxer if you wanna use dexxer)

but you can have fun with

mage , eval, medit, resist, sword tactcs anatomy

with anatomy\eval you have defensive wrestling.. and withouth anatomy..you dont make good damage ..a lot of friend use this template..its quite fun and good if you know how to use it well..of course its more effecctive maybe an alchy\mage or alchy\dexx for pvp , and for pvm other chars too , but i like it really a lot me too!

You'll want to set a macro in Razor to "arm/disarm right hand" that you can toggle to get your sword back in hand after each spell, which will disarm you. Also FYI 'defensive wrestling' they are talking about is basically the defensive benefits of wrestling (blocking melee hits) without the offensive benefits, i.e. attacking with fists
