TCP and UDP of the Server?

How can i find out the tcp and udp of the server. I am living in germany and have bad ping. My provider told me if i give em these infos they can boost the priority to the forever server.

i dont think you getting a better Ping The Host at the Moment is just Bad for us Euro's.
