Targeting and other hotkey troubles

I'm trying to set a hotkey to target closest monster so I set ingame:

SelectNearest -> Mobile​

But when I press the hotkey, it would select just about anything and anyone like my own party members or innocent bypassers. Besides this problem, it works perfect. I tried to change Mobile to Hostile but it wouldn't target anything at all.

Next I tried UOSteam for hotkeys instead:

Targeting -> Get -> Enemy -> Closest -> Gray -> Any​

This target hotkey doesn't work half the time, and does not have the { } targeting frame and instead only highlights monsters as light gray. It is also missing the name tag pop up that I can drag which I really need.

If anyone could help me with this that'd be great.

Well, if you're just looking for a catch all targeting hot key you could always go with: Target Closest Non-Friendly. Pretty sure this works for everything except Blue and Green named targets. (This is in Razor)

I'm looking for a catch ONLY monsters hotkey (no party members, no human players, no player tamed pets) that brings up these specific targeting frames and gray highlight:

Plus automatically displaying these bars:

I don't know of any way to automatically pull bars.
