want to buy taming runebook please for spots to train it. first time tamer help would be hugely appriciated

Have you tried a public rune library? Usually a good library will also contain a taming section with marked runes labeled for the appropriate taming skill level.

There is a public library a bit northwest of Yew moon gate that you may find helpful.
