Someone check my math — this adds +25% to chance to gain talisman relic points.

If I gain 1pt / minute on a quench relic, does this mean I can gain 1.25 points / minute or 1 point / 45 seconds?

Either way, in 146 minutes, you'd gain an extra 36 points on a relic (potentially 144 points if you can train all 4 each minute).

Does this math work?

Not sure but this isn't for the relic perk. title clearly says "Talisman XP perk"

np. actually, i think it works differently with relic perks. heard you gain 7 times more or something. not 100% sure but heard since they made afk macroing relics illegal, they made relic perks give a multiplier.
