generally B/O bids are not considered part of the auction bids and generally they are sent privately. Unfortunately PVPeter opened up his B/O bid to public outbidding so I am sure you can assume that if you bid more than his bid before the owner agrees to PVPeters B/O bid, you will have the current winning bid for the auction.
