It doesn't exist on this server. This is basically a Ren era shard with a hell of a lot of customizations.

As girana said these are donation items. Players who donate towards the server get 'donation coins' in return for their support, which can be used to buy things at the donation vendors at West Britain Bank (in front of the door). You can also type "[shop" in-game and it brings up the shop menu.
The items/armor on the donation vendors are for aesthetic purposes only and don't provide any real armor value, fyi, so they're just for looks.
