Tailor 104.5 -> 105... help plz

I've bought some SS and a 110 PS but need to get from 104.5 to 105 to be able to use them. I've tried lots of things but it seems have stopped raising. Would really like some advice how to get up to 105 from here.

the better and faster option here would be to lower your tailor from 104.5 to 104.00 and then just SS to 110. you will save immensely in both time and headache. it would probably cost less in both gold and time immeasurably to do it that way.
