on my warrior talisman i hit level 7 and put a new relic on it and its in a suspended relic box and not leveling, almost to level 8 do i need to max to level 10 before i can bring up that relic?

Nope. Relic should be active once you applied it. Should be able to un-suspend that relic. Page a GM if unsure, as you dont want to delete the relic

I dont think you can delete them anymore?
I moved all my relics to suspend bar one to level it without doing so much dmg, i found there was a cooldown for unsuspending of aorx 2mins. You wont see the little dash sogn next to the relic on suspend menu if ones just been moved, but give it a cpl mins, reload gump if needed and it should be there. ‘-‘ sign next to active relic sends it back to suspend, so doesnt appear to be a delete function now.
