People never ask the important questions. Why would you mine yourself instead of buying here?

Let's do some math, what a mining character costs:
1 character slot (opportunity cost: 1.000.000 gold)
+5 mining power scroll (cost: 40.000 gold)
+10 mining power scroll (cost: 60.000 gold)
+15 mining power scroll (cost: 80.000 gold)
+20 mining power scroll (cost: 400.000 gold)
orcish pickaxe (cost: 10.000 gold)
giant beetle (cost: 25.000 gold)

That's 1.615.000 gold, meaning the first 200.000 ingots you'll mine are to repay for your character. You are way better off buying the ingots you need if you don't truely enjoy mining.

Selling my lifetime achievement on this server of one million iron ingots.

Why would I do that?
  • Because my connection is too poor to PVM or PVP.
  • Because I actually like mining.
  • Because I just bought a 18x18 plot and need cash to build and decorate it and have no other source of income.
  • Because it's a side effect when you are trying to map the entire ore map on this server.
  • Because I have been building up my stock since I joined in mmm... Febuary '16?

  • Nope, I had multiple staff visits and my accounts are still clean.
  • Other miners who I encountered will confirm, I always interracted with them in the most human way possible.
  • Some PK'ers might confirm as well, at least the ones who stuck around long enough to offer a ress.
Why would I want to buy this?
  • Because it's dirty cheap.
  • Because it's awesome to put on display and brag about it.
  • Because of Kingdome meta crafter speculations, where you want to be ahead of the rest of the server.
  • Becayse of Kingdome siege speculations, so you can build your own war machine in no time and get ahead of the rest of the server.
  • Because you have a tamer and gold comes easy for you.
  • Because you will be able to call yourself 'The Iron Bank'
How do you trade it?
  • In a secure trading location, named The First Bank of Britain (also known as WBB).
  • In several commodity deeds, because it's weights too much otherwise.

Originally I wanted to sell 1 million iron ingots at the price of 7.5gp each (see original below). Several people asked to break up in smaller amounts due to cash limitators. While this kinda defeats the purpose of a huge iron sale, I will accomodate by breaking up in smaller amounts but at a higher cost:
  • 1.000.000 iron ingots @ 7.5gp each (7.500.000gp)
  • 500.000 iron ingots @ 7.6gp each (3.800.000gp)
  • 100.000 iron ingots @ 7.7gp each (770.000gp)
  • 50.000 iron ingots @ 7.8gp each (390.000gp)
  • 10.000 iron ingots @ 7.9gp each (79.000gp)
  • 5.000 iron ingots @ 8.0gp each (40.000gp)

There is a miner's house near a valorite mining spot. He has a stack of EXACLTY 60k valorite ingots in the house.
The whole house shows how mining affine he is! looks pretty awesome.
