Hi Folks,
I've read a fair bit about training stealth skill. I have 0 skill at the moment but can't faind a trainer anywhere. Can someone please give me a heads up as to wher I can find one.

the only thief guild master on the server is at bucs den.

From the moongate run NW over the bridge then building on your left is the thief GM But your right he doesn't seem to train Stealth i just checked....... sorry lol ( i was 100% sure i trained there....)

Been looking for a NPC to train stealth.. Went to Bucs and the Guilmistress doesnt train it. If anyone knows where, please post!

Thief guildmaster in bucs has stealth training now.. Maybe i just overlooked it. Here right now.

Yeah, the thief guildmaster in Buc's Den definitely trains it. I Just GM'd stealth yesterday.

you have to say his name and train stealth, he will give you a price, then you drop the gold on him for the amount.

Currently, the past 3 thief guildmasters have not trained Stealth.... Any suggestions? I'm not able to train Stealth at all, it tells me, "You are not hidden well enough. Become better at hiding." My hiding is currently 55.5 and rising, which should be well above the cutoff for training stealth as I have seen from most guides.

See @firar post. Train hiding to at least 80 first.

Just curious can you show a link for a guide that suggests anything less than 80 in hiding? I have played many RunUO shards and never new anything less than 80 hiding. It's been way too long to remember what is was like back on OSI,

Also, when you start training stealth you can do it in place, no need to 8x8 or move any steps. Just add armor when appropriate.

(The only thing in UO that makes me crazy is watching some dope pace back in-forth hiding (in town) because they have no clue they can stand still. :) )

Just did it - and yea, need 80 hiding before you can train from the Thief GM in Buc's Den. :)

I walked back and forth. :( What a dope. :(

you can macro it to 80 in a couple hours by walking back and forth and just using the hiding skill every 10.1 seconds.

try New Heavon it has a theifs guild or a place with the ninjas in the north west corner of town I just got 40.0 from him
