Stealth nerf to BOD timers?

Starting from yesterday, the BOD timer at 80 skill in blacksmithy (77.8 real) has been raised to 6 hours from previous 3 hours.
Is it the same for tailoring?

EDIT: It does look the timer is back to 3 hours for the 80 skill. Someone made a quick fix ?

What's the best bod you can get with 80 smithing?

It's really random. Just today received a 15x Exceptional Shadow Platemail Large BOD with 80 smithy skill.

just so you know you can go to 84.9 Smithing and tailoring and still have the 3 hour timer. also I have gotten better bods on m 85 smith tailor than I get on my 120 smith and tailor, but that could be because I get twice as many BODs.
