Stealth information

On the UoGuide website, it is written that stealth can't be performed if on a mount :

To perform Stealth:

• The character must have at least 30.0 Hiding.
• Dismount any pet; Stealth cannot be used while riding.

Is that right ?

Or at 100 Stealth and 100 Hiding we can move silently while on a mount ?

must have 80 hiding to train stealth, cannot stealth while mounted

On the plus side you only need 80 stealth to stealth 100% of the time and you don't have to keep recasting stealth for it to refresh because it does it automatically~
