Stealing from MOBs

Has this server implemented the rare items (seed of life, mana draught, etc.) that can be stolen from the higher level monsters?
According to UO stratics, it was implemented in 2008 on the EA servers. http://uo2.stratics.com/miscellaneous/stealing-from-monsters

Just started learning all about the thief/stealing skill, so looking to find out what all the options are!

No, However, you can steal other things, some are valuable and worth some gold.

I asked on a different thread but people are to busy flaming and trolling to provide useful responses. Maybe here is different.

My understanding is MOB thieves do not need to be guilded so killing them could still get you a count.

Do i understand this correctly?

If you steal all you can from a mob are you actually stealing its loot or when (if) mob dies it has new loot?

You take the actual loot it has, so if you steal all the gold, when someone kills it, no gold for them!

Yes, I believe so.
But, then again, it seems easier to just have a PvM template.
