Newer one from monster contract. What's the difference?

the old ones come from faction vendor, bought with faction silver... they only came in the 4 faction colours.
The newer monster contract ones, are not really hued.. it just makes a replica of whatever outfit you are wearing; rather than cover the statue in the older faction hue.
Other than that, they are the same.
