Spined Runic Armor Sets

What is the "going rate" on Leather and Studded sets made with a Spined RSK?

I was thinking 10-15K on the leather sets, and 15K-20K on Studded?

They give 43AR (Leather) and 46AR (Studded)

Any help would be appreciated.
