You also need to be 120 smith and 120 tink

Aw man you aren't supposed to include screens. Just tell which dungeon the scrolls are in.

If you don't find the scrolls on your own the quest is basically only 10 minutes worth of vendor shopping in Yew.

BOO. NO FUN.

Once you get the recipes, and the pieces to the recipes, you only have a 50% chance of being successful at creating the item.

And the items REALLY need an update.
