Gold Sink:
Greater Vendor Deed - Allow you to place a vendor that can carry over 125 items. OR make this an item that can be used on a vendor to add +25 item limit (cap at 250 items total) to your vendor. (house owner vendors only, not applicable to vendor rentals)
Repair Chest - Charge this chest with legendary repair deeds, then simply drag and drop items into it for quick repairs.
scroll to Increase runebook charges (cap at 20).
Barkeeper - currently you can buy a barkeeper from NPC's however last I tried, they would disappear after a few hours. We could remove the barkeeper deed from NPC's, and place it on gold-sink (and fix the issue with them disappearing). This Barkeeper wouldn't sell anything special. just the standard drinks and food. However, you would be allowed to visually customize this barkeep (sort of like how you can a vendor). It could be a neat little decorative piece for your house as well as maybe open up some pubs around Sosaria.
PvP:
Duelist tokens - during pvp tournaments, award victor 2-5 duelist tokens at the end of each match. Winner of the tournament gets a few extra tokens as a reward. Tokens can be used to purchase goods on a vendor at the docks. Some rewards can include body paint (maybe some war paint for your face?), weapon/mage decorations for the house, title scroll, cosmetic-only talismans, and maybe some special duelist hue cloth or a deed to add armor-visuals onto an ethy mount for an absurd amount of tokens.
I elected to choose tournaments over duels / world-pvp, because tournament specific would be easier to moderate and prevent players from afk farming.
MOTM (or just specific monsters):
Monster potions - uncommon droprate. Transform yourself into that monster for 2 minutes. Completely cosmetic. - I chose 2 minutes, as that's the duration of your strength/agility potions. ( Would also be fun to see used on an army of Orc players )
