Yes, @eppy to explain I guess. I don't understand how the "penalty" works to be honest. (I don't know how to properly tag eppy, so if you know how or someone else can get him to explain in detail for everyone. )

Update: I might have done it properly. :)

Yes the studs are metal and therefore give a meditation penalty. Not a full block like chain and etc.
