I'm not a huge PvPer and really don't have time to spend on a vendor so I'd much rather sell this than keep this.
Full Disclosure I don't believe a custom plot will fit here, I know a small stone workshop/marble does fit. You may be able to fit a small stone tower, I didn't play with it enough.
