My brother's being awfully clingy with this, so i'm not sure he's going to turn it over. Still going to list it for the time being as it's a fairly sweet spot that someone else can do more with than his scrubby ass. Not to mention he don't farm, so his little fatass can continue to live out of my humble shack.

Anyways, have a gander and see if you're interested. Pretty sweetly placed just below a farm. Lots of fun to be had jacking statues up in the air so they look like they're prowling the farms.
