I bought this plot on the same day that I bought another better plot, so this one has to go!
It's a very short jaunt to get to Dungeon Wrong, or you can head due west along the coast and visit the Forever Well to pick apples and peaches in the orchard.
The auction will close at 9pm central time on 2/26, or when the buyout is reached.
Location fits more square 2-Story houses as well, i.e 10x13, but you'd sacrifice storage and an extra floor to do that.
