No I believe its 1553 where its at right now, the house can definitely go bigger, but even if it fit a 13x17(not positive it can, just looks like it could) it still wouldnt be a max storage.

@James Franco - storage should be 1553 on this one. I have a house the same size. For max storage, the width + depth needs to equal at least 30. IE : 13 x 17, 14 x 16, etc.

Skoad, resize it to the max that fits. If you get it to 13x17 your price will go up as you've hit the Valhalla of max storage.

Yea I figured price would prob go up but wasnt worried about it. Figured I could get about what Im asking for it with the size it is.. Would just let whoever buys it resize if they wished.

Well I got bored so tried it but only got a 12x16 here, might be able to go a tile or two bigger but 12x16 is as big as I could get it.
