This is the middle tower of three located right on the Minoc guard zone border. It's an excellent location and has served me well.
The best features are the rapid access to the Minoc bank and vendors. The healer is only 2 screens away to the NE. It's a super safe spot with a short run to the public moongate as well as hunting at the Ettin/Ogre spawn nearby.
It has outstanding potential as a vendor spot. The owner to the West is brand new.
