It is a No Mount Zone correct...unless you are on your house/plot. When you recall to it, you have 3 seconds to get on your steps before it automatically dismounts you.

What do you mean by T2A specifically? It's an island that you get to via Maginicia...through a tunnel. There will be a new dungeon here, there is spawn around (a gorilla and occasional parrot near this plot).
