I forget that sarcasm doesn't really come through that well in type. What I should have said was: "Well - I'm out, you beat me. But I'm glad I got the price so high - since part of me wanted to win just because you said "You sure you wanna live next to eqms?" and "have fun" which I took as slightly veiled threats." I didn't think I was going to win, but you were now (most likely) going to spend more money that you probably wanted to. But whatever...doesn't really matter what my intentions were now. And I will honor my bid, because I don't withdraw on things that I bid on.
