are you specifically looking for a Small Tower Deed? Or are you looking for a small tower that is already placed...you know what fuck it man, figure it out your damn self.

@Ghosty I apologize, my coffee and xanax hadn't fully kicked in yet.
Are you actually looking for a deed for a small tower? They become worthless if you re-deed them, like 1/4th the original cost. I suggested the House Placement Tool because it gives you a better return, is not steal able, and allows you to pick from a wide variety of house. You can also give it to another character on a different account and they can use it too.
Now, if you are looking for an already placed small tower, while I don't currently have one, I know of a few spots that one will fit.
I'm just trying to save on gold at the moment.

It will cost the same if you buy the deed from the vendor or use the placement tool (+ cost of tool). If you ever decide to move, you can just drop the house and you'll get more back gold & won't have a steal able deed in you pack. If you are dead set on a deed, you can buy one from the carpenters shop in Moonglow, North West corner. Players themselves most likely will not have a deed, they've bought the house tool. I've got my 3 houses, I can give you my tool if you'd like.

I think what he is trying to say is since they are only a 1/4 value he is looking to buy one from a player who doesn't want/need it anymore to save money on placing a house.
