I have a great little mining house for sale. Currently it is a small stone and plaster classic house. It is located in the Snake's Pass, just north of east Brit. It has mountains on both sides and a good amount of trees to boot. First 100k takes it. If you would want to upgrade this plot can fit a 12x7 or 10x8. PM me to seal the deal.

Just FYI you are asking way too much. It seems that the house market has shifted toward very large homes. I have been unable to sell a moon gate house for 80k...
