That's too rich for me, but thanks for replying. I will have to spend more time gathering coin - I'm fairly new here so am still learning the ropes and getting a sense of what houses go for. I would prefer to build my own from scratch but real estate is rare. I could probably find a super small but starting off with an outhouse doesn't excite me much.

I got excited when I came across what looked to me scads of plots to choose from in Occlo, but alas, once I got the money together I needed and attempted the construction I was told so many times: Sorry, there is a daisy there so you can't build, sorry, pebbles impede your attempt, sorry this land is not flat as a billiard table, so tough luck. Then obn one of my explorations I see tons of houses built on Swamp Land! That was quite funny.
