Small buy-in poker table, broken

The small buy-in table is seriously screwed up! I have lost a LOT of $ due to this... about 15-20k (thats a LOT to me). I had about 5k chips, won a hand for 4500, then had 6200 chips?! I just realized this. I thought something was strange last night when I was heads up with someone who had 10k, they lost 9 and i cashed out with 5200 (( PLEASE FIX. Also tablerake should be smaller. If table is taking 300gp, thats DOUBLE the blind!!!!!

Sounds like you bet 3300 chips into a pot of 1200 and won 4500 (4500-3300=1200). 5000+1200=6200.

Lol, no Don, that's not what happened. When you play heads up with someone and they have 10k and you have 5k, and at the end of the game he has 1k and you have 5200, that doesn't make too much sense; does it? I'm familiar enough with poker to know that when I put 1k in the pot, that is MY 1k.

But if there is a rake in the case of you being heads up, then it depends on how many hands you played.. 88 hands at 100gp rake per hand will do that to ya.

I have no idea what the rake is but I assume there is one.

Oh, i was under the impression it was 300gp per hand. Someone told me that last night and the numbers seemed off, so I just assumed it was high. Thanks for the clarification.

Jesus, if the rake is 300gp per hand, the stakes have to be pretty high or else you'll just lose to the rake.

The rake is 110 GP confirmed. small blind 50, big 100. Won the hand by his fold, pre flop on a heads up game, then got 40gp back. We started the game with 5k each, after a few hands we were BOTH bellow 4500, lmao. This is why that table is always empty. I'm desperate for some poker!

I thought that *MAYBE* just maybe the rake was 10 and that I had missed something (won 40 and it didnt mention the blind money I had put in), but considering we had both started with 5k and ended at about 4k ish, there has to be something wrong. Literally less than 10 hands so even if the rake were 10gp, someone would have still been over 5k.
