We now have a second Slayer Spellbook vendor available at the ETC Yew Emporium (Silly Santa's Mall). A gate is provided on top of the West Brit Bank roof by the roof teleporter.
Currently selling ALL types of slayer spellbooks, including super slayers and MOTM slayers. Prices have been standardized and vary depending on charges.

To use the book simply equip it and start blasting enemies. The book does not need spells inside it to work. Charges are only used for offensive spells like E-Bolt and Flamestrike. The books work with all levels of meta mage talisman's.
