Hello all, I am a returning UO player but have 1 question i am confused on.

I read that there is a skill lock of 700 and stats at 350 I believe.

But I have seen images of peoples Skills max at 1000? Has the lock been removed?

Nah. "Actual skill" is capped at 700, which is what it has always been. If you have the "show real" disabled, then you will see the modified skill levels which are based on your stats. You may appear to have 30 points in a skill that are modified skill points, but in reality, you may have 0 real skill there. When you have a full 700 real skill points (or 7x GM), your modified skill level will show around 1070 or so.

Stats are maxed out at 225.
