How does the skilling work here?

Does it get harder as you get closer to 700 skill points or does each individual get harder when closer to 100 on their own?

Each individual skill gets harder the closer to 100 you get.

You also get a boost to skill gains if you use skills in dungeons.

Pretty much any skill other than Animal Taming can be GM'd in 24 hours in a dungeon.

pretty sure the skill increase doesn't get harder whether you are at 70 to 75 vs 95 to 100.

Skill gains DEF slow as you get closer to 100.. best skill gains are when you have around 50% chance to succeed... crafting you can work different items to reach this "ideal" skill raise zone, provoing harder mobs, etc... if you have 100% chance to succeed, you WILL NOT gain
