Is this a bug? No matter what I do I can only go to 710 skill cap?? Yet my other characters can go to 720? I tried everything.. buying up a skill and lowering a skill nothing. It wont let me hit the 720 cap

the cap is set by powerscrolls if u eat a 105/110/115/120 of the same skill cap will be 720 but it has to be same skill you cant eat a 110 music and a 110 prov you would still have a 710 cap.

Ah ok Thank you. So the only way to gain that skill would to be to lower a skill then?

yes or buy the 115/120 for the skill u have 110 in.
