For starters you need :

10 barnacle ingots

1 Ancient Anchor

1k of either Heartwood. Bloodwood, or Frostwood depending on ship type.

35-50 ship ribs depending on ship type

15-25 forged metal depending on ship type.

200 cloth (Bod reward cloth will change the ships color.)
