I have the full set, including the sword. You can check it out on top of Yew bank roof, north side, top row, center. Zelda D-port's booty.
The sword is awesome, when you equip it you get the animation for Crucible. It doesn't do any damage, but it looks cool.

As far as a price for these items, I have NO idea. The sword I could probably get 3-4 mill out of, but the rest of it isn't worth much. Maybe 250-300k a piece.
