Here is an idea to help reduce the huge server weapon count.

Design special storage containers that can be placed in homes for weapon storage. Maybe a Soul Forge craftable? The number of containers per house could be directly related to the house size.

Make it so any weapon that’s place in one of these containers is safe and delete all other weapons after X amount of time. This would force players to sell unwanted weapons to NPC vendors or potentially have them deleted.

What is the advantage of lowering server weapon count?

To revamp malee chars in pvp we need

1) variety of weapons (manage speed/dmg plus some trick like helbard that attack +1 tile distance)
2) rebuild bods % based on 1k population instead 50k to make high end weapon more cheap and then blessed in militia, this will decrese stun mages

Eppy was talking about it in the Q&A when the conquest topic came up and long server saves.
@eppy just likes to have everything self-expire so that new resources must be gathered/purchased. We had this discussion before and item count only plays a small part of the saves.

@eppy correct me if I am wrong.
