There is a red healer to the NE only 1.5 screens away. To the NW there is an ankh, stable, and bank. There is spawn in the area. Occasional serpents, mongbats, and alligators as you can see. Located near a couple of t-map spots and a rare tamable Nightridge spawn.

I paid 1.4m for this plot during the housing peak. I really wanted the plot and I am not expecting to get even close to that.

Interestingly enough, I built a house up a bit complete with teleporters and gave it way to a guy in the New Guild a couple months ago. Told him if he thought he was gonna let it fall to please pass it along to another newcomer. Sure as shit it fell a week ago.

Oh crap, forgot to add dimensions...it's a 15x12 right?
