While I agree Trinsic would like to have one, I take issue with "dreadfully dead" as it's pretty active most of the time. We just don't have bank sitters spamming vendor sales, thank god.

Sure, if around 4 players standing around the city is considered active, then it's active. It's not active by my standards though. Moonglow, a much smaller city, has far more people in it. I find it sad, as I love Trinsic.
