I watched the last robe sell. It didn't take him 3 weeks to sell and he wasn't offering to sell it for 4.5 the entire time (when it got that low, it sold quick.. Hell, even I thought about buying it even though I already have one because it was so cheap). That being said... I am not desperate enough to sell my robe for 2mil under value.. and regardless of what Meridian did because he needed the gold asap, that doesn't change the value. It is what it is.

Expecting to liquidate pure white into gold, really fast, is like expecting to sell a castle really fast for 15 mil.. It typically just doesn't happen that way... and if you are desperate you can end up underselling a castle greatly, the same way Meridian made his desperation sale to liquidate his pure white robe to gold. When dealing with higher end items it takes time... and I'm in no rush..
