Tailoring is funny because you'll see 105, 110, and even 120 go for 30-100k, but the 115 is very rare and almost impossible to find. That's because the only way to get it (same with blacksmithing PS) are through filling BOD's, and that one in particular only has 4 very high-end BODs that give the 115 Tailor as a reward. And if you know anything about BOD's the higher-end your large BOD is, it's also harder to find all the applicable small BODs to fill it.

If you are going to be selling a lot of items, get in the habit of doing a search (ie, "120 tailoring" or "115 blacksmith") and making SURE you've seen that PS/rare go for a certain price within the past 6 months before you let it go. There's lots of caveats like this I've found, the 115 Tailor being a notable one, but just to be safe ;)
