Selling newly crafted rune books with higher charge capacities for recalls scrolls. Most rune books have 9-10 charges, and no longer are you stuck having to tediously refill your rune books..

I HAVE RUNE BOOKS WITH INCREASED CHARGES!!

Selling 1k per charge capacity minus 10k.

Example: 39 charge book is 39k-10k=29k.

They have allowed for Runebooks to be crafted similarly to Slayer Books or Slayer Weapons.
