where do these come from?

an event a few months back, you can get a different hue of blue off the RDA boss Locke still though, like an electric blue.

Trinsic 24 hour invasion. top 5 got the gloves, so should be only 5 on the server. havnt heard of locke cole dropping it, maybe its a low drop rate but still, not sure if it does drop.

this item is real nice, perfect for the fallon outfits. I almost made a bid here.

I've seen a pair of the electric blue one's recently, so i can only guess it drops from the RDA boss, let me know though sir!
